Are the digital refundable?

No. Since the digital backdrops are downloadable purchases, all sales are final.

What if I am unable to access my account?

If your password isn’t working, please reset it via the “forgot password” feature.

How do I receive my downloadable purchase?

Once you have made a purchase, you will be redirected to your account page from where you can download all your purchased orders. You will also receive and e-mail with every purchase order.

What size (pixels) are the digitals?

The digitals range between 4000 and 7000 pixels on the long side. All digitals are 300dpi.

What format are the digitals?

Digitals are downloaded as high resolution JPEG files.

What software do I need in order for me to use these digital backdrops?

We recommend using Adobe Photoshop to edit onto these digital backdrops.

Do you offer support or training on how to use the digital backdrops?

Individual support or assistance for the editing is not included in the purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the correct software and skills to use these digitals. We recommend matching the light quality and direction for all composite elements as well as the f-stop from the digital for the most believable edit. Can I use these products for my clients?

Yes, the digitals are sold for use in combination with your own photos for private photography clients. It may be published by you and on your client’s social media. It may not be used for commercial advertising and/or print media publishing without prior written consent and clear recognition of Tiny Cuddles Photography.

Can I resell, share or transfer these files to/with anyone else?

No. The use is for private photography clients only and may only be used by the person who purchased the digital file.

May I alter these digital backgrounds?

Yes you are allowed to do colour, crop and rotational alterations as well as add or remove elements. This is only allowed for personal photography clients use and not allowed to be resold and/or shared.
